Archive No.2 "Clear colouration?"

Is it possible to draw or define a clear colour in IL2FB? In various software you can manually assign the clear colour in a 256 colour BMP (PSP comes to mind). Will this have any effect in IL2FB? I have tried it without success. Anyone have any ideas here?
