I often look at various models and think, "ooh, High Art". Then, there are those times that I look and I know that what I see is, in fact, art. Real Art. As in Gallery hanging art. Well, here is some for sure.... Aleksandar has been working on his ICM TB-3 for quite a while, it is true. And now, we all can see why. We present--with very great delight--the first part of our coverage of this outstanding model.
Aleksandar has had the inspiration to photograph his Zveno project in what (to me, anyway) is a completely new and fresh style. His description of these evocative images are "shadowbox photos"; indeed, they are powerful and beautiful images. They really portray, to me, a sense of scale and shape detail that you might not see in another way.
Moreover, Aleksandar has prepared a slide presentation of these
images in a PowerPoint presentation. For those of you with PowerPoint, I highly
